 I see in the mid back. Would you believe this is the number one reason most golfers can't seem to make a proper golf swing? And, Im not just talking about amateurs. This is true for the pros also. This stretch guide is fantastic! I cant believe with everybody talking about how important flexibility is that nobody has put out something this comprehensive, but easy to use at the same time.
